Cala del Gesso è il nome di un tratto di costa che si trova sulla panoramica che parte da Porto Santo Stefano. Questa cala la si raggiunge tramite un sentiero impegnativo di circa 690 metri che termina con una scalinata che conduce alla spiaggia. Un panorama mozzafiato vi accompagnerà lungo la discesa fino ad arrivare alla spiaggia che si presenta di ciottoli molto piccoli e levigati.Non sono presenti servizi sulla spiaggia che ha alla sua destra i resti di una torre spagnola del sedicesimo secolo e di fronte l’isolotto dell Argentarola. Il mare ha colori meravigliosi, trasparente e ottimo per gli amanti dello snorkeling.

Cala del Gesso is the name of a stretch of coast that is located on the panoramic that starts from Porto Santo Stefano. You can reach it by a challenging path of about 690 meters which ends with a flight of steps leading to the beach. A breathtaking view will accompany you along the descent until you get to the beach which has very small and smooth pebbles.There are no services on the beach that has on its right the remains of a Spanish tower of the sixteenth century and in front of the Argentarola. The sea has wonderful colors, transparent and great for snorkelers.
